Wenn eine Bestellung nicht ausgeführt werden kann, sollte das direkt erkennbar sein. Eine Bestellung erst anzunehmen und Kunden dann vergeblich warten zu lassen, ist für uns absolut unzuverlässig. Die Werbung mit „24/7 geöffnet“ empfinden wir nach dieser Erfahrung als irreführend.
Auch die Döner haben uns bisher nicht überzeugt: Bei Fleisch und Salat wird unserer Erfahrung nach deutlich gespart. Die Döner sind nur spärlich gefüllt und dadurch sehr flach. Insgesamt eine wirklich enttäuschende Erfahrung.Übersetzung
Very disappointing! We relied on the "open 24/7" claim and placed an order. Our order was initially accepted, but later canceled. In total, we waited for over an hour and ended up without food. If an order cannot be fulfilled, this should be immediately apparent. Accepting an order and then leaving customers waiting in vain is, in our opinion, completely unreliable. After this experience, we find the "open 24/7" advertising misleading. The doner kebabs haven't impressed us either: In our experience, they clearly skimp on the meat and salad. The doner kebabs are sparsely filled and therefore very flat. Overall, a truly disappointing experience.

I wanted to eat five Turkish pizzas, but not like this. They put doner salad in them, no parsley, just a lemon, not even sliced. The Turkish pizzas were individually wrapped – just Turkish pizza, nothing else inside. And four baklava for €1 each, I paid €20 for such a terrible service. The staff should work somewhere else and try to smile a little. I didn't do anything to anyone except order lahmacun. This was my first and last time at this lovely restaurant.

We ate there very often; the chicken with salad etc. was always delicious! Now there is new staff and it doesn't taste good at all! You can tell they're not in the mood! It's a shame! With Touran and his team it was always great! Made with love!!! Now they just slap the food on the plate!! Not good! Totally wrong and the food is bad too. The chicken from yesterday is simply disgusting! I've experienced this a few times now.
